Take the guesswork out of your training
As your online coach, I am here to provide you with a comprehensive 1-1 coaching service no matter where you are.
This isn’t a one-size-fits-all plan. Online coaching involves detailed video feedback on exercise technique, weekly check-ins and a training programme that adapts sets, reps, exercise selection, volume, etc. all based on your weekly progression.
The programme that I will create for you is amendable. Therefore, if lifestyle parameters change, we will communicate and find the solution that will lead to the best results within those limitations. On signing up, you will also receive a welcome video of me taking you through the nuances of your specific programme and how I would like you to execute it, along with access to my exercise library. The coach-client relationship should be viewed as a team and one that develops over time. This team operates effectively when communication is frequent and open.
In-person coaching is an add-on service and should be seen as an “as-needed basis”. The purpose of an in-person session is to dial in technique and calibrate the training intensity required for the different protocols that I programme for you.
My more experienced clients have an in-person session once per month to workshop the technique of more complex exercises. My less-experienced clients tend to start with more frequent sessions and then taper off once they feel more confident. You should not require weekly sessions after a few months of coaching with me.

I didn't take the usual path into coaching. Growing up, I wasn't athletic and studied Chemical Engineering at university.
Like most, my lifting journey began with body image insecurity and I sought extrinsic motivation to change that. On the way to achieving this goal, I found a deeper more intrinsic goal of becoming stronger than I thought possible. This led me to start powerlifting alongside my aesthetic goals, to which I now compete at the championship level, and coach clients at the national level.
I thrive on coaching clients who are also passionate and driven toward their own training goals, whether that’s muscle building, powerlifting’ or fat loss. It doesn’t matter what goal the client has, or what ‘level’ they are; I am equally passionate about helping every single one achieve and surpass their expectations.
